Dark Knight – Joker Pencil Scene Tribute
Synopsis
This is a little re-creation we put together of Heath Ledger’s performance in the Dark Knight. Specifically the Magic Pencil Scene. This is one of the most remembered and talked about moments in the film. It helps establish the depth of the Joker’s madness and the fact that he does not know the meaning of fear; even in the presence of Gotham’s top mob bosses.
We shot this in one day (about eight hours) and probably has the largest group of actors on set at one time of any one of our films.
We hope it is a fitting tribute to Ledger’s spectacular performance and Christopher Nolan’s wonderfully crafted film.
